- Numbers
and Helmets MUST be on at all times when mounted.

cell phones attached to mounted rider.
- Medical
arm bands AND protective vests REQUIRED in all jumping
phases.
- Only
COMPETING horses on grounds.
- Only
regular spurs or smooth roweled spurs permitted.
- NO
SPECTATORS ARE PERMITTED IN THE DRESSAGE FIELD. All spectators must
observe from outside the fence.
- Greenhorn
competitors are the ONLY riders that may receive assistance while
competing. They may be led if needed but they will be scored so they
place below unassisted competitors. No other divisions may have riders
receive assistance on the course, unless they have previously been
eliminated and permission has been given by the judge of the course
to do so.
SCORING
CHANGES:
First
Fall of rider in stadium = ELIMINATION.
Fourth
penalized disobedience on entire course on cross country = ELIMINATION.
NEW
for 2008 - Per new USEA rules ANY fall in competition is now ELIMINATION.
